Get out into the fresh air; walking, running, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, gravel biking... it's really good for you.

Look in your area where you can discover new paths or routes, or go for a walk if you normally always take the MTB. You suddenly see and hear different things because of the difference in speed.

We do sports outside. Where possible and allowed. With respect for all users of our forests. So also the animals: we stay away where nature should be left alone.

Where nature can be protected or restored, we will make our contribution with Shiftr.
